What body parts should I be stretching and which stretches do you recommend for it? Any help is largely appreciated I have already stretched my chest (using a doorpost) and even though I have gained much mobility here, it doesn't seem to translate to increased ROM in things like bench pressing. I want to be able to do chest to bar pull ups (CBPUs), but I am limited in my mobility. We do not frown on weights or barbells as another tool for training.
